Standard Epoxy Flooring

Epoxy is a two-part resin system — resin and hardener — that bonds to concrete and creates a hard, dense surface. It has strong adhesion and excellent chemical resistance, which is why it's been a go-to product for decades. But in Florida, two properties work against standard retail-grade epoxy: it's sensitive to UV (it yellows and chalks under Florida's intense sun), and it has a cure window affected by Florida's high humidity and surface temperatures. Professional-grade, industrial epoxy formulations address these limitations — which is why the product grade matters as much as the process.

HS Polyaspartic Topcoat

High-solids (HS) polyaspartic is an aliphatic polyurea — the topcoat chemistry used in the toughest industrial environments. It cures fast (your floor is walkable in 6–8 hours), remains fully UV-stable so it won't yellow or chalk in Florida's sun, and maintains flexibility across Florida's temperature swings without cracking. What About Big-Box Store Kits?

Retail epoxy kits use diluted, water-based chemistry at a fraction of the solids content of professional products. Applied over concrete that hasn't been diamond-ground — or without a moisture vapor test — they're chemically incapable of forming a lasting bond in Florida's moisture environment. • Full Polymer Flake Broadcast — We hand-broadcast polymer flakes edge-to-edge across the full floor area — no thin spots, no bare patches. Over 20 color blends available. Flakes also add significant slip resistance, critical for Florida's wet conditions around garages, patios, lanais, and pool decks.
